What is the pity system?
The pity system guarantees rewards after certain pull counts. After 10 pulls, you're guaranteed at least 1 SR+. After 50 pulls, you're guaranteed at least 1 SSR. After 120 pulls on a rate-up banner, you're guaranteed the rate-up character!
How do I upgrade my heroes?
